1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

• "tisu14," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the tisu14 online gaming platform, its operators, affiliates, and authorized representatives.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses tisu14 services.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a User through our registration process.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products, betting markets, software, content, and related services provided by tisu14 through our website and mobile platforms.
• "Real Money" refers to Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) deposits made by Users for the purpose of placing wagers on our platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits issued by tisu14 subject to specific wagering requirements and terms.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the process of transferring funds from a User's Account balance to their designated bank account or e-wallet.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register for and use tisu14 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age or older. We strictly enforce age verification and require government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license) during the registration and withdrawal process. Any Account found to be held by an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and all funds forfeited.
2. Residency: You must be a legal resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian identification document. Our services are designed specifically for the Indonesian market and may not be available in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You represent that you are not under any legal disability that would prevent you from accepting these Terms & Conditions.
4. Single Account: You may register and maintain only one Account with tisu14. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
5. No Jurisdictional Restrictions: You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or restricted. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of tisu14 services complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws.

3. Account Registration

When creating an Account with tisu14, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. This includes but is not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your Account.

During registration, you must:

• Provide your real, legal name exactly as it appears on your government-issued identification
• Supply a valid email address to which you have exclusive access
• Create a strong password meeting our minimum security requirements (minimum 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters)
• Provide accurate contact information including a verifiable phone number
• Accept these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy

You agree to immediately notify tisu14 of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Accounts that provide false, inaccurate, or incomplete information, or that violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions. Account verification (KYC - Know Your Customer) is mandatory before processing withdrawal requests and may be requested at any time at our discretion.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

tisu14 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following payment methods: bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and other supported Indonesian banks; e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified for promotional offers. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your financial institution.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical error or as required by law
• You may only deposit funds from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension
• tisu14 reserves the right to refuse any deposit without providing a reason
• Transaction fees, if any, charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available Account balance (excluding any bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) at any time through the Cashier section. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5-30 minutes during business hours (Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB) for verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name matching the name on your tisu14 Account.

Before processing your first withdrawal, tisu14 requires completion of identity verification (KYC) including submission of:

• Clear photo or scan of valid government-issued ID (KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Bank account or e-wallet verification documentation

We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, payment method ownership, or the source of deposited funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

tisu14 may offer various bonuses and promotional offers to Users, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback programs, free bets, tournament prizes, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated on the Promotions page at the time of the offer. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of any bonus before accepting it.

Standard bonus terms include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds typically require wagering between 20-35 times the bonus amount before conversion to withdrawable cash. Wagering contributions vary by game type (slots usually contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%).
• Eligibility: Bonuses are typically available to new Users or as specified in promotional terms. Each User may claim each bonus offer only once unless otherwise stated.
• Maximum Bet Limits: While wagering bonus funds, maximum bet limits apply (commonly Rp 50,000 per bet). Exceeding these limits may void the bonus and all associated winnings.
• Expiration: Bonuses and wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time period (typically 30 days) or they will expire and be removed from your Account.
• Withdrawal Restrictions: You may not withdraw funds until all applicable wagering requirements are satisfied. Requesting a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements will forfeit the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

tisu14 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or refuse any bonus at our sole discretion. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated betting patterns, or any attempt to manipulate bonus terms, will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, Account suspension, and potential legal action.

6. Gameplay Rules

When using tisu14 services, you agree to comply with all applicable game rules, betting limits, and platform policies. All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections before confirmation. tisu14 is not liable for User errors including incorrect bet amounts, mistaken selections, or failure to understand game rules.

Official game results are determined by our certified gaming software and third-party providers. In the event of disputes, official game logs and server records maintained by tisu14 shall be considered final and binding evidence. We reserve the right to void bets and withhold payouts in cases of:

• Technical malfunction or software error affecting game outcomes
• Obvious pricing errors or incorrect odds displayed
• Irregular betting patterns indicating collusion or fraud
• Bets placed after event results are known (late betting)
• Exploitation of system vulnerabilities or software bugs

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering multiple accounts or using accounts registered by other individuals
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using VPN, proxy, or other methods to disguise your true location
• Collusion with other Users or coordination of betting patterns
• Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to place bets
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
• Money laundering or using tisu14 services for any illegal financial activity
• Depositing funds from bank accounts or e-wallets not registered in your name
• Attempting to reverse or charge back deposits after funds are used
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tisu14 staff or other Users
• Sharing your Account credentials or allowing third-party access to your Account

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities. tisu14 reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for damages resulting from prohibited activities.

8. Limitations of Liability

tisu14 services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, tisu14 disclaims all warranties including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

tisu14 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions in service availability
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password security
• Third-party payment processor delays, errors, or failures
• Loss or damage resulting from your violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Decisions made by third-party game providers regarding game outcomes or disputes

In no event shall tisu14's total liability to you exceed the amount of deposits made to your Account during the six months immediately preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

tisu14 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misused our services. Upon termination, your right to access and use tisu14 services ceases immediately.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, you must withdraw all available balances. Accounts with outstanding bonus wagering requirements will forfeit bonus funds and associated winnings upon closure. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

In the event of Account suspension or termination for cause, tisu14 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If we determine that funds were obtained fraudulently or in violation of these terms, those funds may be forfeited. Legitimate funds will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method after deducting any amounts owed to tisu14.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles and local regulations applicable in Indonesia where not in conflict with our licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of tisu14 services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations between you and tisu14.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration authority. Arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

tisu14 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of tisu14 services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Material changes affecting User rights or obligations will be communicated through email notification to your registered email address or through prominent notice on our website. If you do not agree with modified terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of tisu14 services and close your Account.
